What You'll Learn

A grounded way to train, fuel, and take care of your body — built for real life.

The McLeod Method Membership is for people who are ready to stop guessing, stop starting over, and start building a stronger, healthier life with consistency.

This is not a quick fix. It is not a casual workout library. And it is not built around chasing motivation. This is a method.

Inside the membership, you’ll learn how to train with structure, fuel your body with intention, and create habits that support your health long term. You’ll be given the tools to build your own workouts within the method, choose exercises that fit your body and available equipment, and stay consistent even when life gets busy.

The goal is confidence.

Meet Your Instructor

Hey, I’m Gord!

I’ve spent most of my life around training in one way or another. Over the years, I’ve worked with a lot of different people — from beginners trying to get healthy and feel better in their body, to athletes pushing themselves at a high level. What I’ve learned through all of it is that most people don’t need more extremes or more confusion. Usually, they just need a solid plan, consistency, and someone who genuinely cares about helping them move forward.

That’s really where the McLeod Method came from.

I wanted to create something that helped people build real strength and real confidence in a way that actually fits into their life. Not just a program people follow for a few weeks before burning out, but a method they can learn from and carry with them long term.

I care a lot about helping people feel capable again.

Not just stronger physically, but more confident in themselves overall. When someone starts taking care of their body consistently, it tends to impact everything else too — their energy, mindset, discipline, relationships, and how they show up in their day-to-day life.

Outside of training, I’m a pretty simple guy. Most of my life revolves around my son Atticus, and our two dogs, Frankie and Bobo, who keep life interesting. I value family, time outside, good people, and keeping things grounded. Those same values naturally carry into the way I coach.

I’m not interested in gimmicks, quick fixes, or making fitness more complicated than it needs to be. I believe the small things done consistently are what create the biggest changes over time.

At the end of the day, my goal is simple: to help people build a stronger, healthier life in a way that feels sustainable, realistic, and lasting.

Learn the Method

Build your confidence. Take it with you.

Most programs tell you what to do.

The McLeod Method teaches you how to understand what you’re doing, why it works, and how to adjust when life changes.

If you’re traveling, you’ll know how to train.
If your equipment is limited, you’ll know how to substitute.
If you miss a day, you’ll know how to get back on track.
If you feel unsure, you’ll know where to find support.

This membership is designed to remove friction and build autonomy, so you are not relying on someone else forever to tell you what to do.

Who is this for?

This membership is for you if:

  • You want a realistic approach to strength, nutrition, and long-term health.

  • You’re tired of extreme programs that don’t fit your life.

  • You want structure, but not rigidity.

  • You want support, but not dependency.

  • You’re willing to be consistent with the small things.

  • You’re ready to take your health seriously without making it your entire identity.

Who is this NOT for?

This membership is NOT for you if:

  • You’re looking for a short-term challenge or quick fix.

  • You want someone else to do the work for you.

  • You’re not willing to commit to the process.

  • You want extreme restriction or punishment-style training.

  • You are not ready to take ownership of your progress.

The method provides the structure, tools, and support.

Your results will come from how you apply them.

The coaching clinics are one of the most valuable parts of the membership.

This is where you can submit questions, receive guidance, and learn from the challenges other members are working through as well. Often, the question one person asks is exactly what someone else needed to hear.

These clinics are designed to help you stay accountable, supported, and connected to the method — without needing constant one-on-one access.

You can attend live when it works for you, submit questions in advance, or watch the replays when your schedule allows.

    • effort

    • mobility

    • and overall health habits

The method works — but your results will always reflect your level of commitment to the process.
