Hey, I’m Gord!

I care deeply about people. Their health, their confidence, and the kind of life they get to live in their bodies — not just now, but years from now.

Training has been part of my life for a long time, but what’s always mattered to me most isn’t how much weight someone can lift or how strict they can be. It’s watching people grow into themselves. Seeing someone who once felt intimidated by the gym start to feel strong, capable, and proud of what their body can do. That never gets old for me.

I’m passionate about doing this work in a way that’s honest and sustainable. I believe health should support your family life, your relationships, your work, and your peace of mind, not take away from them. I don’t believe in extremes or punishment. I believe in consistency, balance, and learning how to work with your body instead of against it.

The people I love working with most are the ones who start unsure and end up surprising themselves. They show up imperfectly, stay consistent with the small things, and slowly build a lifestyle that actually lasts. That’s where real transformation happens.

I’m a family man at heart. I value presence, patience, and long-term health. The McLeod Method (learn more below), grew out of those values — a way of training, eating, and living that feels grounded, realistic, and deeply respectful of where people are at in their lives.

If you’re willing to show up, stay consistent, and give yourself some grace along the way, I’ll meet you there.

The McLeod Method wasn’t created from theory. It grew out of lived experience, long conversations, early mornings, and years of watching what actually helps people feel better in their bodies and their lives.

At its core, it’s simple. Do the small things consistently. Take care of your body in a way that’s realistic, patient, and sustainable. Let strength build over time — not just physically, but mentally and emotionally too.

This method is about creating a steady rhythm. Moving your body with intention. Eating in a way that fuels you instead of controlling you. Resting when it’s needed. Adjusting when life asks you to.

It leaves room for real life,  for families, work, travel, stress, and change. Some days look strong and focused. Other days just look consistent. Both matter. Over time, that consistency builds trust - in your body and in yourself.

The McLeod Method doesn’t ask you to chase health. It helps you live it. To feel capable making decisions without second-guessing. To train in a way that supports your life instead of competing with it.

This is strength that lasts. Built quietly. Carried forward. And lived every day.
